Curb Painters

I think we have a curb painting scam going around. This is where they repaint the numbers on your curb (your address) without your permission and ask you for money. The guy is wearing a reflective vest to make himself look as if he is an actual city employee or something. I did not take kindly to this and followed the guy from Caldwell to Reeves in my pajamas in the cold, but lost him when he turned right onto Reeves. About:: I am a new resident of Compton. It did not take me very long to become frustrated with the way the City handles certain matters.I love our new home, I love Compton and especially living in the Richland Farms area. I plan on staying, and would like to see positive change.

If you specify exactly what you are trying to figure out about how the site works, I can better help you with answers. In a nutshell, the site allows member to publish their own content to the network - whether blog, discussion, events, photo, etc etc by way of a "profile" (we call it Your Hub) page on the network. In this regards it is more similar to myspace. One key about the site is that it is not similar to facebook; HCL is more about other peoples reaction/reply to content that you add. Your friends do not see content that you add in their activity feed such as fb or twitter. Each member only sees their own activity in their feed or another members reaction/reply to content they have added.
